How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?

If the items you bought from us didn’t meet your expectations, then you can return them for a refund or exchange. Please note: the policies below are for items purchased on IrishBaseball.org or on our Facebook and Instagram shops. If you purchased your item on Amazon, you will need to go through Amazon’s return/exchange process.

Here’s what you need to know for returns and exchanges:

  • You have up to 30 days from the original shipment date to complete an online return. If items are returned after 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
  • Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.
  • You will need to ship the item back to us. We do not cover shipping charges for sending the item back to us.
  • The items must be in new condition and repackaged in the original box. Include all tags and packaging materials.
  • Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee UNLESS we shipped the incorrect item or the item was damaged in transit.
  • Once we receive your items, you’ll have three options: 1.) An exchange for another item (we’ll cover the return shipping); 2.) An E-Gift card in the amount of your original item; 3.) A refund in full in the payment method you used for your order, less restocking fees (if applicable).

The fine print:

  • We don’t accept COD returns
  • Restock fees may apply
  • On average, returns will reach us in 3-7 business days.
  • Our free exchange policy excludes bulk orders and orders shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • If you request express or overnight shipping for your exchange, then you’ll cover the full shipping cost.
  • We’ll send your exchanged items to one address.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) (“ERRONEOUS RETURN”). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return (“Return Fee”) back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
